At Nimbits GmbH, we are fully committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities! We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant standards (WCAG 2.2, BITV, and the EN 301 549 standard) for accessibility. Status of Compatibility with the Requirements
Our website is currently not fully compatible with the technical requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 and the German Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology (BITV 2.0).

Some color contrasts do not meet the WCAG 2.2 requirements.
Alternative texts for images and graphics are partially missing or not yet describe in a meaningful way.
A few controls and forms are not yet fully compatible with screen readers.
Some documents (e.g., PDF files) have not yet been prepared for accessibility.
The semantic heading structure is partially incorrect, which can make navigation with assistive technologies a bit challenging.
Explanation
This website is outdated and will be replaced by a brand-new website very soon! This is part of a comprehensive update of Nimbits GmbH's brand identity and corporate identity coming in 2025. Due to outdated web technology and programming standards, the effort required to make the existing website fully accessible for just a few remaining weeks would be disproportionate. Our new website is currently in the works and will replace this site shortly. It is being developed from scratch, both technically and visually, with accessibility integrated right from the start!
